ISPM-15:
ISPM-15 is an international agreement requiring all countries to treat and stamp wood packing material (WPM) prior to export.
Vanguard is registered with NWPCA (National Wooden Pallet and Container Association). NWPCA is the program manager for APHIS on IPPC (international Plant Protection Convention) certification and compliance.
Treatments and stamping of WPM are carried out quickly at our quarantine treatment facility in Port Newark, NJ, or can be done at our customer's location.
